    Yes?

It's obvious that I've got a huge hand, but from the action it seems like there may be big hands out against me, by playing this hand this slow do you feel like I'm extracting max. value or giving people with a lot of outs chances to catch?

If it's played incorrectly, where do you drop the hammer? Flop raise? bigger turn raise? and how much?

Also, I assume everyone's okay with preflop.

Just wanted thoughts on this hand because I didn't feel good about it the whole way, I felt like I may have been guilty of Caro's FPS and wanted everyone's advice here.

Will post results later if ya'll want.

    Thanks guys,

    STak

Well, you've got the nuts all the way through - don't see how you could mis-play it unless you raise too quickly. You kept as many in the pot as possible, although smooth-calling the turn bet may have kept in jackowens. I wouldn't do anything different. There's probably 2 pair hoping to boat, but that's about it. Board is too high, and too many limpers for there to be a set looking for a match.

wp. nh. - and hope for a non-pairing club on the river so you don't have to split it with anyone....

I don't mind it... they're betting it for you... you've got good position, the nut hand, and a nut draw. You can slowplay this all day on that flop. I don't mind the turn raise. Pot's getting huge... but I might wait until the river to pop it, but it's a matter of taste.

i think you played it fine, let me guess osuball hit a full house on the river.

Alright for once I'm comforted that the consensus is I made the right play.

I was just concerned because I sensed big hands from the other two players, and in retrospect I thought maybe playing that slow would allow one to hit a boat...or a club to fall to kill my action.

As it happened though, one had ace jack for top two on the flop, and one had a set of tens, so I was right there were two big hands against me. I dodged on the river, tripled up early and cruised to a win.

Could you have drawn up that flop any more pretty for yours truly? Villain 1 gets top two, villain 2 gets a set, and i flop the nuts...this is a great game.

You got two others all-in and unless the board pairs you have the nuts. The ONLY improvement I can see (and it is nitpicking at best) is the raise on the turn. Osuball raised on the flop and most likely would have raised on the turn.

If you smooth call and wait until it gets back to you to raise you may have had a call from Jackowens who would have been looking at one raise, instead of a raise/re-raise. THEN when you raise he may have felt pot committed.

As I mentioned, it is nitpicking, but when you get callers behind you and the person raising after you, keep letting them drive the action.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

yah fine play, I like what gator had to say though, these hands can be harder then they appear. People are quick to think because they won they played well. Remember yo uwant to extract the most out of your best hands, you played it well though, but just remember to always give your opps a chance to make a huge mistake.
You-- yes, you-- you're a cunt.
