bet out or take a cheap showdown?
Stars $10+1 -
Villian is poor. In too many pots, calling raises with drawing cards, chasing those draws against the odds. A few hands previous, he played back at me when his stack was ~800, but re-raised me about 2/3 of it, which totally baffled me, but I only had an inside straight with tainted outs and had to fold.
I check on the flop because I am concerned he has called with some goofball hand and want to see how he plays it. When he checks behind, I am fairly confident I have the best hand and put villian on something like QT, KJ, KT

Do you assume you have the best hand here and bet out again? If so, how much? Or is this one of those situations where you check-call a small bet looking for as cheap a showdown as you can get?
