    Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T, T.
    2 folds, UTG+2 raises to t70, 2 folds, Hero raises to t120, 4 folds, UTG+2 is all-In t685, Hero folds.

    Final Pot: t220

I have no regrets about folding this one PF after an all-in reraise. My question is: is it better to reraise Preflop in the first place or just see the flop and hope you hit a set?

I would have called that re-raise. Calling without reraising preflop is also fine.

If you reraised his raise you should have been ready to call an AI. I may have smooth called his raise and hoped to hit a set or have an over pair to the board.

Ah-- rookie mistake. I failed to fully take into account our stack sizes.

Here's the thing-- if I just call and the flop brings an A, K, or Q and I don't hit a set, do you fold to a decent sized bet? Or, is his realtively small stack size something that's going to make you think that he's desperate and will push after the flop anyway?

You made two rookie mistakes I think:

    1) you folded (you didn't take his chip stack into account)

    2) you minraised him preflop. Minraises with hands like TT are retarded. Whether your opponent is good or bad, most players will (correctly) call them because you now give them odds. So how did the minraise help you to whittle down the range of your opp's hands?? It didn't - and that's why it was retarded.

Regarding your question on how to play the flop - that's poker. You gotta make a read and go with it.
