Standard Raises by Level

Below are my standard raise amounts by level. I have had problems making it into the money for the past little while, is it because my raises get too weak in later levels? I play at Paradise Poker where the starting chip stack is T1000.

First two levels (5/10 & 10/20) I use (4X + # of limpers ahead of me)

Level 3 (15/30) I bet T100

Level 4 (30/60) I will open with 3x or bet 3.5x with limpers.

Level 5 (50/100) I use 3x

Level 6 & 7 (100/200 & 150/300) I use 2.5x

Level 8 & 9 (250/500 & 500/1000) I use 2x, but it's usually push/fold at this point unless I have 6K+.

At 10/20 or 15/30 I'm usually raising 150 to 200 depending on how the table is acting and my position. I will usually bet a little more than 3x when I hit 30/60 or 25/50. After that it's either 3x or 4x depending upon how the table is playing and position. 2.5x is good in later stages, but here recently I've been noticing that people don't respect it. So, I go with a standard 3 or 4.
