Default AKos, Bad Call? Stars $5.50

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

    MP (t1790)
    Button (t1960)
    SB (t4075)
    BB (t2540)
    Hero (t3135)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, K.
Hero calls t100, 1 fold, Button raises to t200, 2 folds, Hero raises to t600, Button raises to t1960, Hero calls t1360.

    Flop: (t4070) 8, 2, 6 (2 players)

    Turn: (t4070) 7 (2 players)

    River: (t4070) 4 (2 players)

    Final Pot: t4070

2nd in chips before this hand, so I dont think I needed to open push. I thought the button was on a steal because of the limping, so I raised. Should I have folded to the push? Or simply called and re-evaluated the hand on the flop? What would you do in this situation?

Raise to 3xbb preflop before it gets to button.

Given the stack sizes, I fold to his push.
