    Fold turn?

The river's tough. You're in the same spot as the turn. Either he has the flush or he doesn't. Shit I don't know. I suck at poker. I probably call the river.

But I avoid this real decision by folding the turn.

If you called the turn then you have to call the river.

    But don't call the turn.

You do not have the correct odds to draw on the turn, you might even be drawing to only 3 outs to tie here, so the turn must be folded.

But since you called the turn, it's a standard call on the river.

How did you end up with 3 outs to tie ?
If he has the flush I have 7 outs to the nut flush
If he has a str8 I have 3 outs to the nut flush and 2 more to a str8

My thought process (sort of) during the hand
preflop - I admit the call was loose, but with one player I think is very loose (which means I am probably ahead) and position on the other player it is not that bad.

Flop was checked by everyone, turn completed the flush and then EP bets 210 into 270 pot.

The possible flush hands that would call the preflop raise are KQ and maybe KJ. It could also be an attempt to represent the flush or a feeler bet trying to figure out if someone has the flush. I decided to call and see what the river will bring, I thought that chances are he does not hold the flush.

The river completes my str8 and he pushes. I would expect the flush to bet something sensible that I would call - the overbet smelled like an attempt to buy the pot, so I called.
