Default calls by opponent, what do i do?

Sorry i don't have a HH. I have this problem quite a bit.

    Set up:

I raise with a middle range stack [1000-1400 chips (started with 100)] from early/middle postion in early/middle stages (15/30 or 30/60 blinds) of the tourny with JJ-99, one caller who has position on me.

Flop comes 34 and one overcard not an Ace, rainbow. i bet close to pot, villan calls.

    Questions:
    1. Do you bet again on the turn. If so, how much?
    2. How do you play the hand the rest of the way?
    3. How do you play the hand if the flop has 2 suited cards?

Hmm... a bit read-dependant, but depends on just about everything. I'm going to do a short list of what I'd normally do:

    K on board:
JJ: Raise the turn strong (2/3 pot)
TT: Raise the turn 1/2 pot with position for a free showdown.
99: 1/3 check/fold, 2/3 raise half the pot with position for a free showdown.

    Q on board:
    JJ: Bet strong
    TT: 1/2 pot with position
    99: 1/2 pot with position

    J on board:
    TT: Bet strong with position
    99: Bet strong with position
88: check it down if I can

    T on board:
99: Bet strong with position, free showdown
88: Bet strong with position, free showdown

Out of position, I think you have to check/fold to a bet. If another overcard comes on the turn, you're F'd, just give it up.

That's just what I got. Any revisions from the vets?

on drawless board, he calls pot sized bet = you are usually behind.

With the flush draw out, I would still probably slow down on the turn.

I like to limp 99 preflop when the blinds are small and it will make playing your hand easier in this situation.
