Default Check-raise gone wrong, do you call this? (PS $10)

I realise the mistake I made was that I should have check-raised all in on the flop rather than just to 500. As played, do you call this for the 3:1 pot odds or do you fold and wait for a better spot? Does this play automatically mean he has the T or an overpair?

I gotta learn to play better post flop!

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, 7.
3 folds, CO raises to t150, 2 folds, Hero calls t100.

Hero checks, CO bets t185, Hero raises to t500, CO raises to t951, Hero ?????

I wouldn't check raise. If you want to take a stab I would lead out. If you put him on AK, he'll probably call your CR. I would fold after he pushes.

This is a WA/WB situation. You're WB any pair bigger than your sevens, or any ten. You're WA of any other hand except 78 or 89, which villain only holds if he's on a str8 up steal. I'd say make the call because it's better than 3-1 that villain holds two overs. This was a good flop for you so take advantage of it.
On a side note, sevens are a bit too small for me to want to see a flop HU against a raiser, so I like to push or fold preflop here. Being that you have a good stack in relation to the blinds, I'd dump this and wait until I had a better gamble, especially with a very short stack. You'll likely be at the bubble soon, just pwn it up then.
