frankly speaking, don't get excited about 12 sngs

Lately I've recorded 54 sngs at 31% roi and don't consider that near big enough to get a conclusive opinion on my play

Just keep it in perspective, poker has its ups and downs, and the downs can be pretty big.

Good start, just wait till you hit the down swing, not fun.

Good job. Know there will always be bad along with the good. Also I hope you are still playing the $5 sngs.

What do you mean a downside? Just kidding. I am aware of it, been through it, and have the mental capacity to handle it. Goals have always been important while I play poker. I will set a weekly goal and expect to meet it. I will take time away and sit out when the tilt monster starts to come. Out of all the times I have deposited 50 bucks on Party (about 3K for 2 years) I have learned little things about when to play poker and when not to play poker. So hopefully Iam two steps ahead of the bad beat/losingstreak gods. I can honestly say it has taken me about 2 years of playing before I finally got it. My game is solid and my decision making process is on point. All previous investments on books, time, and money I beleive will pay off.

hmm. do you mean like to win x amount of dollars per week? if you're just starting, this can be a bad goal because it introduces additional pressure and can affect the way you play. essentially a short cut to tilt.

like i said congrats and i wish you the best. But poker is a cruel game. be confident but over confindence is a direct path to poker hell.

Yes on a weekly basis.. I dont think i play in as many tournys as others. Maybe 15-20 a week.

If Iam just starting... I keep hearing this.. over and over.. What is my level of poker experience? Please do not take this as a insult, or me trying to be conceded. I want to know from members where I stand? If you are refferring to if Iam just starting out with my BR, all apologies. However; I would still like to know where I stand from your perspective.
