    Default setting up an acount on line

    I have 2 iGM-Pay acounts (they are free)1 for Party Poker and 1 for Empire. all the other sites seem to only have acounts that charge you when you deposit or withdraw. does anyone know if there are others or a way around this?

    neteller is free if you don't use instacash, but most sites cover that fee for you these days
