This is why you should never let anyone make you feel stupid for betting on a board like this. You never know when someone's not going to be paying attention.

yes... I mean its a lil diff in a cash game, cuz then it probably becomes -ev at any level above 25nl, because youll feed the rake more then you make money.

In a similar situation, I got someone to fold in a live game when I went all in with AQ on a board that was K5555 -- he had an ace, too!
  13. #13

3:1 on my money sounds good, esp seeing as I can easily out play him post flop.

While we're talking about bluffs, I pulled off a huge one today with a spot on perfect read on my opponent. My preflop call was one with the intention to bluff a pot that I know would grow to be huge and can be easily bluff won with the read I have on opponent.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

    Hero (t1430)
    UTG (t1090)
    MP (t5210)
    CO (t1210)
    Button (t1605)
    SB (t2955)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4, 6.
4 folds, SB raises to t90, Hero calls t60.

    Flop: (t180) 3, T, K (2 players)
SB bets t120, Hero raises to t420, SB calls t300.

    Turn: (t1020) 9 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t920 (All-In), SB folds.

    Final Pot: t1940
