Data question?

What is the general consensus on looking at data from different buyins together? For instance, I have a couple hundred $6.50 turbos and a couple hundred $11 regulars which together add up to 500. Can I look at these together as a (barely) meaningful sample or do I need to wait until I have 500 at one level or the other and look at it seperately?
