Fold. I would have made a bigger flop bet.

What do you put villian on ?

I just can't imagine that he's calling down all those bets and then throwing out a few of his own on something less than second pair, so I would say top pair. It's hard to tell without a read though, people do strange shit three-handed.

Typically in this situation I would throw out a sizeable bet on the flop, and if it gets smooth-called, I'm done with it.

After rereading the hand I should have folded on his turn bet.
I would think that he has top pair, maybe even a set of 3's

Pot it on the flop. As to what i do on the river, that depends on the read; you give him TP or a set but I don't know, I think either you're ahead here or behind to 88 /TT, hmm the only thing i see him playing like this that beats you is Ah9h, he's the bigstack so that could include K9s. I want to call but its probably smarter to fold.
Success is how high you bounce after hitting bottom.

Do you think villain completes and then calls the raise OOP with A9 or K9? Initially I thought small PP that missed the flop myself, but I think a set is likely here. The flop call followed by the small turn bet looks like he's trying to get you committed to your hand.
There's three types of people in the world...those who can count, and those who can't.

I dont think it is unreasoable that he has A9 or K9, there are only 3 players left.
I would play A9 more aggressively here, but I dont rule out the option he has it
