Loosen up your play requirements greatly. Your ace is good if nobody has raised so far; A2o is a solid hand 3-handed with these stacks, as is KQ-KT, QJ, QT. Steal on the button if you can, occasionally limp a good hand from the button too. Top pair is a monster. 77-AA are also very strong. You need to be playing about 1/3 of the hands to break even on the blinds, and you need to be playing aggressive because the real money is for first; so put some people on decisions for their stacks.
Checkraise the flop all-in as a semibluff on an OESD, flush draw, or better, every once in a while. Pull the same move when you hit TPTK or better once they've folded a few times.
