In your case the pot is 675 (after his bet 765). There are two to a flush on the board, your raise of 90 gives him 8.5:1 odds to call. Everyone is calling this. It wouldn't be wrong to call with 56o and the gutshot straight draw (assuming he called pre-flop). You need to give the flush draw bad odds to draw so I raise to 500 minimum (3:1). I could see raising him all-in here, make him draw for his entire stack because your hand isn't likely to improve.
Your pre-flop raise is almost a min-raise. I don't hate it with one person, but with two you should make it 300. They both like their hands, at least one will call. Then you have a 1000 pot and it's an easy decision to bet the pot and push the remaining two all-in.
As played I fold the river. If I call and he has a club then I make tilty moves trying to get my chips back. If I fold then I tighten way up and ride my stack (which doesn't put me in a spot where I have to make hard decisions). So I say, save your chips because there is plenty of poker left.
