Raise more preflop, if you get reraised, push.

Might want to try a stop-and-go as well.

    I don't agree. Some considerations:

    - I won't fold to any push preflop.
    - His minraise (which obviously commits him) generally indicates a very good hand.
    - Knowing this, I guess I'm behind at this flop 90-95% of the time.

I actually think I played this optimally.

When he min raised my raise I would have pushed pre flop with QQ. But I like to gambool.

it's close, I'm not sure you have enough chips to look for a better spot than to push pre flop.

Obv if you call pre flop you check fold when the A hits. Although he may have folded KK.

if your range for him to make the min raise play is AK KK AA, is it even correct to call pre flop? I think it's about 1/3 he'll outflop you with the AK, and you always go broke with good flop if he has AA/KK. And if he has AK and whiffs he may not call on the flop.

Good point. I just couldn't find a fold preflop at the time. I also think folding is almost impossible with an M of 6, but with a very solid read or a lot of action behind me maybe it is.

Let's list pro's/cons of calling preflop vs pushing.

    Pro:
    - Surviving vs AA/KK/AK if an A/K hits the flop.

    Con:
    - Folding the best hand vs JJ/99/88/KQ/xx on a A/K flop.
    - Not getting value of AK on a safe flop.
    - Not getting value of TT/99/KQ/AQ/xx on certain flops.

    ...

    edit:
    I push that preflop.
I usually push too. I made the standard raise initially to get some value out of it; maybe the BN/SB/BB would push a wider range this way.

You don't have the chips or the cards to get cute. Don't raise pre-flop, push.

So you push with hands that you want people to fold, and you raise with hands you want people to call with? Sounds like an easily readable plan.
