The turn bet is a little weak. You might want to just push. His check/call preflop and postflop should tell you he's a fish. I'd put him on anything from middle pocket pair to a straight draw, but definitely not top pair.

Why bet the turn? You're only getting called by a K. I check the turn and call a reasonable bet on the river since that gives him a chance to bluff at it.

True, on second thought. It's good to use your position here.

Would you call a push on the river ?
If I was in his shoes and saw that the K scared me I would push the river.

Yeah, this is a pretty basic turn check unless UTG+1 is a horrible donkey calling station. I would check the turn against anyone who'd shown an indication of having a human brain.

A push on the river would be very read dependent.

I mean a push would really make no sense if you were him. Say you were him and you'd had a J. You'd probably check/call a reasonable bet on the river. If you had a K, you'd throw down a value bet on the river. If you had nothing, would you really push?

There's really no easy answer to that question.

I dont think I should have checked the turn, if he is drawing I dont want to give him a free card, and if he does not have a K he will probably fold.

I think a push would have been better here

betting is bad if he has a king.
betting is bad if he has a jack (check will make him think his hand is good).
betting is bad if he has a set.
betting is good if he has QT.

i think betting the turn is bad.

Nicely summed up gabe. And I assume that betting is pretty neutral against other hands (med or low PPs etc) because that'll probably fold 'em out?

yea and maybe they will call a bet on the river thinking you are bluffing.
