    Default AA hand

My notes on thisisshui say that he is pretty aggressive and tilts easily. I've never played with tibaroo. Do I really have to lay this down on a board like this?

    Rocky,

I don't think you should make big laydowns unless you're up against a player you really respect. Thisishui is a loose aggressive donkey. The other player in the hand is a player you've never seen before, plus he's already wasted 300 chips in the first few hands. He's almost certainly a recreational player who isn't any good. There's no reason to believe they have anything better than top pair, so just go all-in.

By the way I've actually seen thisishui make this check-min-raise play before with some fairly mediocre hands, and I wouldn't be surprised if he just had crap like 77, and for some unknown reason he put you on AK. His range is very wide here and it includes lots of hands that you have crushed.

I remember you once folded KK to me when you raised UTG and I called with TT from the big blind, and flopped a set. I bet out, you raised, I went all-in and you folded. It was a good fold because I know you're a good enough player that you most likely had a big pair, and you know I'm good enough to be capable of putting you on one, so you correctly assumed I wouldn't go all-in unless I could beat a big pair. In this hand you don't have to consider any of those dynamics because your opponents aren't good enough to think about much more than their own two cards.

On a straight or paired board when there's a raise and reraise I can lay AA down no problem. I've just been wondering whether I should always be suspecting a set when I encounter this much action on a relatively tame board. Interestingly, although I lost this hand, it led me to believe that I can't be too quick to give up AA in this spot. tibaroo instapushed over the min checkraise with AJ. shui had the set, but he could've made the same play with a lot of other hands.
