    Default Double Gutshot

Based on the size of my stack, what play would you recommend throughout the rest of this hand?

What did the SB do after the flop?
There's three types of people in the world...those who can count, and those who can't.

    SB checked.

UTG has been very loose, limping with anything suited, etc.

How has UTG been playing postflop, more importantly? Aggressive/Passive?

You shouldn't be thinking about this hand as a double gutshot. A six is pretty much worthless to you because you'd have the bottom end of the straight and be beaten by any ten. The only way you have a valuable hand is if a ten hits the board, therefore your hand should just be thought of as a gutshot and you should fold if anyone makes a decent-sized bet. Also, if you make your straight, no one is going to pay you off as it will be blatantly obvious that you have a straight.

For example if you had 98 and the flop was J75 your hand would be worth a lot more because both of your straight cards give you the nuts and your hand is more disguised.

UTG has been a calling station

I imagine it would have been best then to just try to see free cards and fold to a decent bet.

I made a small 1/3 pot bet on the flop just to get information and as predicted the calling station called (obv) and SB folded.

Turn was a 2, we both checked.

River was a 6 giving me the goober straight, i bet half my stack and villain just calls with TT for a ten high straight.

It's early and the pot's too small to go crazy with this hand. Check and fold to anything more than a minbet.
