Do you think BB is going to call an all in with a hand worse than T7? It is correct that you put him on a range wider than T7 with his minraise, considering he is a LAgg, and you probably have the best hand here. But can you see him calling an all in reraise with a worse hand than your's?

If I have the best hand why not take it down now? Will he call with a worse hand than mine, probably not but then again the pot is big enough right now. My thoughts were the only hands I'm really behind here is T8, T9, JT, 22, 44.

Depends on how good of a lag he is. BTW, there are two (or three) types of Lags. There are preflop lags, and postflop lags (or both). Most people, especially sng players, think they are the same.

If he's a LAgg then don't limp his blind. If he's LAgg (specifically if you can count on him to bet this flop when you check to him), I think I'd check-raise the flop.

Also, you left the very possible T4, T2, and 42 out of your range.
