Help on calculating odds

Does anyone have a quick way to calculate odds??? Like your up and he's allin and you call.... Now how would i calculate the percantage of me winning the hand???? or does anyone know a good site that has all the odds and stuff>>

I get pot odds, what are implied odds?" And yet, there are no discussions or links to pot odds.

or go to somewhere where they have a hand simulator

and just plug in hands that you want to see matched up against each other and make a note of the %'s
