You lay it down like you did.

BTW, I notice that this is level 3 and 5 others remain. At what point do you typically start playing mid pocket pairs like this (or do you always raise UTG with mid pocket pairs)?

    Don't minraise. Even on accident.

    I wasnt UTG
I raised from CO. I think it might be a marginal raise.
If i were on button, I think it would be 100% better.

I open push the turn. fuck him, fuck his over cards and or club draw, put him to the decision. Youve got too many chips in to lay it down to what could just be a draw. Also do you put him on a 9? That 9 could scare him... I dont know.. you made a mistake but I think your only way out is to check fold the flop, or let barrel # 2 rip on the turn. Its maybe a bit wreckless.. but I dont tihnk you are clearly behind here.

**edited, I thought becaue he bet 532 on the river he had pushed, but the rest still applies I think.

You were either outplayed on this hand, which I think is most likely, because of your 300 chip bet into a 550 pot against an uber big stack. Or, big stack called you with a hand like AA, and was trying to trap you. Due to the fact that he is an uberstack, I think it's not likely he has AA here, but he has KQo, AJ, or 33 or something.

I don't know if this is a good line or not, but checking on this flop might be a good strategy here. If he bets, and you think he's FOS, then move in. FWIW, I think raising here is fine from the CO.

Ok, I am back among the living now. Sorry for the "what post were you looking at dumbass" post last night.

Put yourself in the "uber big stack" position with a hand like AJ.

Pre-Flop - The cutoff just minraised so I am getting the right odds to play.

Flop - 300 chip bet into a 550 pot. Looks like a continuation bet to me. I don't think he hit his hand and although I didn't either I may still be ahead here. I'll call.

Turn - AHA, I was right!!! He missed his hand. In that case let me take it away from him as I am fairly certain I am ahead at this point.

Now..... you can either lay it down, or if you don't think he has you beat, check raise him and make him say "Oh crap, you trapped me. OK, you win".
