What gives you the indication he has a King? Does pocket kings really play that aggressively on the flop?

Anyway, even if he does have a king, you have outs for a boat or better and I like the play... a lot. I wouldn't even be shocked if you got called by a flush draw... or maybe, just maybe KsQs
Dealer: bencathers has two pair, Aces and Deuces
Dealer: Tbags has two pair, Kings and Jacks
Dealer: Tbags finished the tournament in 256th place
Tbags [observer]: another scumbag gets there on this site lol

    Drinking your milkshake.
With a minraise and two callers in front, I bump it up alot more here with the Aces. I want to get more of the effective stack in preflop, especially as I'm out of position.

I like your flop bet. When he minraises it, I just push. I don't want to see another broadway on the turn, and I'd expect a call here from AK/two pair/Set.

You're ahead a high percentage of the time here, and you'd be correct in check-calling his all-in given the pot size relative to his stack. You don't, however, want to give a free card to a flush draw, so you might as well initiate the action with an all-in bet.

I wouldn't really call this bet ballsy.

I go all in on the flop. He seems to like his hand, so put him to the test. Your turn line comes down to what hand range you put him on. If you don't think he's capable of playing a flush draw this way, then check/call or CR AI is the right line, since you give him a chance to bluff a wide range on a very scary board when you show "weakness". And you shouldn't worry about giving a free card here to anything except a flush draw.

I put him on two pair or an underset and went with my read, with one of those two hands it was impossible he had the king. When a spade didn't fall on the turn, I knew I was winning, so I pushed.

He called and sure enough he had QT for two pair. The river boated me just in case

So the general consensus is you guys would go all in on the flop? I was thinking about how n00bs are obsessed with KJ and raise and reraise with it all day long, so I couldn't completely discount the possibility that he had flopped the straight, so I played the flop fairly cautiously.

Let's say he has KJ...at what point were you planning to fold? Never. Nothing wrong with getting it all in on the flop.
The turn was definitely a scare card - but for him, not you (if he thought you might have AK or KK)! He should have folded there and dried up your action...

Fold? No. But with a rock solid read that he had KJ I definately would have waited for the riverboat to get my money in there.

All-in on the flop every time. He already reraised you and there are draws out the wazoo.

What's the point in waiting, if you're not folding? What if there's no riverboat?
