66 in BB to a raise ($11, 2 tables)

Default 66 in BB to a raise ($11, 2 tables)

No reads because the final table formed only a couple hands ago. I didn't want to push because I had no reads and I was at best a coin flip if called. I had fold equity though; does anyone like a push?

I think I push. Looks like a steal, might be a race... I take my chances.

VQC, she doesn't have 14 BB, she has 10.

I still fold though. Without reads, I like to have at least 88 to make this push. A lot of players will call the push with any pair, so I want my pair to at least be better than half of the other pocket pairs.

    Woops
I still stand by my thinking tho, at 10xBB Im not shoving over here.

I was thinking more like 99, but I dont have any math or such to back it up.

I just don't like having 10BB's left this late at a 18 person SnG. I take my chances here and either hope for a fold or flip to get me over the hump.

She's got the huge stacks in her blind zone so push stealing is pretty limited so this is a spot I take a chance.

The idea for a push is based on the premis that this is a steal. I am not convinced that someone would make a steal from mid position with anything that would, at a minimum be a coin flip here amd could quite possibly be 4 to 1 against. I agree with Mcat, unless I had a read on someone I would let this go and look for an opportunity to steal the blinds back before they hit me agai.

How about a stop and go if we don't think the Op is folding pre-flop?

I think I can find a fold here to. Plus, and I'm not saying you rely on this, but blind stealing might be aided by .....

If your goal is to win it I think you have to push it, there are 2 very big stacks and you need to build a stack to battle them.

If your goal is to get ITM then I fold here

I agree with this, but still think you can find a better spot than this to accomplish building your chip stack.

this is fine. I don't think you have much fold equity, unless he totally sucks. Most people are calling here with anything reasonable, and most people aren't raising air.

If everyone's stack was 1500, push is better/worse play because why?

If we are determined to get all of our money in here, I would use the stop and go. He's almost obligated to call preflop, and probably has overs. Stop and go *might* induce a fold. Otherwise, lay this down and wait for a better spot, but time is getting short here. You can make arguements for both, but do think that pushing preflop is the worst choice of the 3.

    Dump it, like you did.

Hehe one was just disconnected and the other would pop back in once they were in the blinds.

that's an instafold situation for me in general, unless it's a lagg doing the pfr.

I fold here and look for a situation where I have some FE.

Your at best looking at two overs. In this position I am playing to see some flops and double up. I dont need to get involved in a coinflip here when I will get better chances later.

If the blinds are 100/200 with same stacks I think I would push here w/o a read on the guy.

This is such an unbelievably easy fold.

I think this is marginal, because you are short in M and Q, but not that short. You know he HAS overcards at worst, so your play is all fold equity.

with no reads i fold this. looks like he isnt going to mind getting played back at or maybe cause you and a short stack were in SB and BB he figured you would have to push or fold anyway. It almost looks like hes just begging for one of you to put all your chips in or he probably would of raised more to isolate. I think he has a big pair right here, good fold.
