    Default Capatalizing on AA

    Hi,

I've been thinking that I'd like to get more chips for my good hands, here are a couple of A-A hands I recently played in a 45 man SitnGo - I'd liketo learn to extract more from pocket Aces . Any suggestions ?

Hand 1 : Obviously I'd like one player to call, but I'm also worried I will get too many people in the pot .

    CO (t1595)
    Button (t5015)
    Hero (t3685)
    BB (t1915)

    Preflop:
3 folds, MP2 calls t150, CO calls t150, 1 fold, Hero raises to t1075, 1 fold, MP2 folds, CO folds.

    Final Pot: t1525

Hand 2 : Normally I don't limp in with pocket Aces - but many of the pots were being raised preflop so since I was hoping for a raise that I could reraise. Also, even though I flopped a set, I was afraid to slow play with the potential flush and straight possibilities.

    Hero (t1255)

    Preflop:
1 fold, Hero calls t50, MP1 calls t50, 3 folds, Button calls t50, 1 fold, BB raises to t100, Hero raises to t300, MP1 calls t250, Button folds, BB calls t200.

    Flop: (t975) 2, A, 3 (3 players)
BB bets t50, Hero raises to t955, MP1 folds, BB folds.

    Final Pot: t1980

    Thanks in advance,

These are fine. Hand 1 I probably make it 750, but I don't think it would have changed much.

Hand 2 - you can't slow play it with 2 opps in (maaaybe with one) nh. Either they have the case A and you're getting paid, or not.

Ya thats a HUGE raise in hand one. You obviously had your aces cracked a couple hours before this hand took place

I should add - if you're going to bet too little or too much, go with too much.
