Given that read, then a limp-call from UTG is 22-TT.
TT could still play exactly like this - but you're basically saying that this guy is tight and gives up easily if he's not sure he's ahead...
His turn bet looks just a tad high for value, but then, it's at half the pot (so that he's not giving you odds to the flush, just in case you're drawing since he can't be 100% sure that you don't have AKd), and he may figure you'll push over. Obviously he's not folding for your last $15.
The only screwy thing I see about the hand, that lends itself toward TT, is that he doesn't 3-bet the flop, but then leads the turn when it just happened to make TT open-ended.
If he's not giving chase odds on the turn because he's not 100% sure that you're not chasing, why not 3-bet the flop?
If he puts you on an overpair 100%, then why lead the turn so hard? I would expect him to lead more like $10-$15 tops since any reraising you do then will pretty much pot-commit you.
