As some will say, PF call was a little loose... rest is easy money

I can't believe these fools still are paying off the flop check-min-raise with crap like he had...
    Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

    Nice hand. That being said...

Why did you call of 1/8 of your stack OOP with a hand that requires implied odds to be profitable? I realize you play postflop really good (as you so profess ), but do you really think this preflop play can be +EV, regardless of the postflop action?

You just wanted to show off a royal! JK

As the other said pf was loose call, as I would dump it.

The donk paid you off. If I'm in the pot with someone I have noted that he pays people off with weak hands I would bet strong also.

I've had 1 royal in my life, my AA turned into a royal on the river. Someone had a set and for someone reason still paid me off with 4 hearts out there.

I called preflop because the guy was a very loose raiser and poor postflop player.

And yeah the point was basically to show off a royal, theyre soooo pretty!

And by the way, much unlike in cash games, I error on the side of tightness in tourney play. I just hadn't seen anything playable in a while and it was getting to the point where I needed to take down a pot. And i was getting 7:3 odds on a semi-decent hand

You've got leeks if you pull moves like this frequently. Heres why..

    1. Easily dominated hand.
    2. Battle of Commons (You're two pair might be his straight).
    3. Account for the times when you miss the flop.
    4. You're out of position.

Be patient. conserve you're chips for end game and dump this preflop.
