Default Response from Stars on BOTS

OK, so I referred the 2+2 thread to Stars and after getting a standard form reply they came back with the following. Thoughts?

    Hello [taipan168],

Thank you for your e-mail. I apologize for the delay in response, but
your e-mail was forwarded to me on my days off.

PokerStars takes its responsibilities very seriously. We do not condone
or permit the use of third-party bots in our games. We have a dedicated
team of both software developers and poker specialists whose job it is to
identify user bots. When we find them we throw them off the site,
confiscating their money in the process.

I regret that I cannot specifically detail the methods we use to locate
such bots, but I can tell you that they are extensive and rather
comprehensive. I cannot offer you the details because we'd do not wish
those details to fall into the hands of bot authors. Having possession of
that information would enable them to effectively circumvent our security
    measures.

Suffice to say, we are ever vigilant in our quest to stamp out bots. We
have a zero tolerance policy towards bots, and are always looking for
    improved ways to detect them.

I hope that I have answered your question completely. Please let us know
if there is anything else we can do for you. Good luck in your games, and
thank you for playing on PokerStars.

    Best Regards,

    Jeff

Eh I'm sure they're at the very least looking into it. After all, the 2+2 ppl have been hounding PartyPoker, and I'm sure all the guys there who play Stars have been hounding them to make sure they don't swarm there too.

I'm just happy I'm still playing the $5.50s so I don't have to worry about them! :P

Guess it's a little difficult for them to come back with anything more without specific allegations and examples.
