i would just call the preflop raise

Just call the initial raise and bet out if you hit your trips on the flop or have the overpair. Fold to any big aggression preflop or postflop.

With the Q on the board id check and see what everyone else was betting and again fold to any real aggression.

Its too early to get involved in these multiway shootouts where you might be way behind to a higher pocket pair or AQ, KQ, Qx, sets or flush draws.
