Why wont stars let me me raise again????

SOmeone please explain this to me. Im not new to poker but situations like this have come up before.

Why wont the software let me rereaise villian after shortie raised me and villian called?? I dont get it, am i missing something here

You already raised, and someone else called all in. All you can do here is call.

To count as a raise, a re-raise has to be at least the amount of the previous raise or it only counts as a call and you can't re-re-raise. In this case you raised by 70 and lnghorn only raised by another 50 so that counts as a call. If turlu had raised rather than called (or if lnghorn had more than 170 chips) you would have been able to re-raise.

so you say that i raised by 70 and shortie raised me 5o so i have to just call but if shortie had raised me 70+ then i could raise again.

Yep, that's it. Or if the limper/caller had raised you could raise again too.
