Default hand values on the flop

I was playing in a $300 buy-in at foxwoods a few hours ago. During a portion of the tourney, there were two kinds of hands. The first, and most common, was the PF-AI where either the little guy takes down the blinds and antes or we see the river and someone leaves or doubles up. The other was when one of the bigger stacks makes a raise and another big stack calls. On the flop, someone bets and either takes the pot down or gets called by a monster.

This second kind of hand got me thinking about hand value. Considering just the hole cards and the three cards on the flop, I would think pairs would go up in value and SCs and such would go way down. Has anyone seen/done a study on hand values with just a flop?

what about all the pots where someone raieses and just wings the blinds?

hand values dont mean anything when the hand doesn't go to showdown.

dev - such a chart is not possible to calculate. There are two many variables particularly, big stack open raising and calling range.

Also, SCs still have value on the flop - because good draws (8+ outs) are valuable, and a single pair is often good. They lose value in this situation because
    1) HUs they have no high-card power
    2) They have very little implied odds, because HU, odds are the other guy missed and will fold if you hit and you bet at him.
