Default Though it was a push w/7xBB

I thought this was a push but after putting it thruough SNGPT its rnd -0.8(cant remember exactly but its around that).

    Level VI (100/200) - 2006/05/01 - 13:18:18 (ET)
    Table '24020756 1' 9-max Seat #2 is the button
Seat 2: TampaThunder (2815 in chips) Set on range 3
Seat 6: Noesteliten (3280 in chips) Set on range 2
Seat 7: tex62 (3330 in chips) Set on range 4
Seat 8: CelticUabhar (1495 in chips)
Seat 9: nealon49 (2580 in chips) Set on range 3
    Noesteliten: posts small blind 100
    tex62: posts big blind 200
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to CelticUabhar [Ah 4d]
CelticUabhar: raises 1295 to 1495 Allin

My question is is anyone still pushing this regardless coz the blinds are coming or are you happy to go thru blinds once more. then stack is 1000 say 5xBB.

I probably wouldn't push -- because even after the blinds pass, doubling up still easily puts you in contention.

Just my opinion, but it's tough to really guess without knowing the table at all.

This is a sick spot. If you get called you're going to be dominated. But as you said, you're about to hit the blinds. I'm not really sure what the right play here is.

That 4 is a little too low for me to push with. Now, if they were sooooooted!!!!!
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

That 4 just isent a good enough kicker, think about what hands your going to get called by. SNGPT says its a poor push cause your close to the bubble and your in a poor position.

If you did the same calculation pushing from the button or the SB then im sure it will be a +EV Play. The worse your position the more chance someones got a decent hand thats going to call you (and most likely win).

Dido, exactly. So you would recommend folding and hitting the blinds.
I realise im beat ( most the time apart from K high hands) if im called but who takes the chance i wont be.

The reactions above seem to be touch and go,Maybe staying in the tourney is better than pushing this. Thanks

because of how much fold equity you'll have in later spots, i think you can afford to toss this. look at the other stacks around you; they're all pretty much at the same number. None of them are going to want to call off half their chips without a big hand. go steal the blinds in a later position with a hand that probably is going to have live outs

    What's the buyin?

You know, shoving isn't the only good way to play short stack poker. You could also consider jamming with an aggressive/loose player with a hand like KJs. This obviously has no bearing on the hand in question.

    Buyin $11.
    Jamming=Calling right??

Yeah I would call some players pushes with these type of holdings at that table I was at.
Of course for that to happen I would of fold A4 went thru the blinds so KJ would of being good to get with 5xBB.

position is just as important (probably more imp) as cards when you push. utg here? real bad.
    pulling a courtiebee pŏŏl-ĭng ā kôrt-ē-bē (verb phrase):
    1. overvaluing mid pocket pairs
    2. knowing you should fold, but donkishly calling or raising anyway
