No real reads on villain, only been at the table a few hands.

Check preflop with K8o out of the BB. Flop comes 8KQ rainbow, and I bet half the pot with 3 other people in it, 1 call and two folds.

Turn is a 2 of clubs, doesnt really help much but now makes a flush draw possible. I bet the flop so Im going to bet the turn for value as I still should be ahead, I bet a little more than half the pot, villain minraises. I never know how to react to being minraised on a seemingly blank card, or even just minraised in general and at these limits it happens a lot so not knowing how to react really hurts. I dont really have any reason to believe Im behind, so I call. Should I have 3bet? Folded?

River comes a 9, I check hoping he will check behind, but Ill call a bet of less than the pot. Should I have called here? I think if Im calling the turn raise I need to call a river bet. Would a blocking bet be good here?

What line would you take in this situation?
