Is this a "whimpy" Stop & Go ?

Hello all,

I have been using a move lately that has been working more than most.

I usually use it agaisnt a constant raiser or someone I suspect is on a blind steal and is weak.

Basically its CALL his raise then bet the POT when first to act after the flop, usually getting a fold.

My friend said its a whimpy stop and go. I think not since I usually do this when the POT bet is not more than a 1/3 or 1/2 my stack and I'm not using it to desperately build my stack.

If that's what your friend calls it then that's what it is called to him.

This is a good move to defend your blinds postflop.
