Safe to 4-table the $55's?
I've been playing the $33's and have broke even after about 100 SNG's. To my defense, I went through some bad variance while finishing the $22's and transferring to the $33's that lasted for about 75-80 SNG's between the two levels. However, I've managed to comeback in only 50 SNG's and break even at the 33 level since that bad run.
My bankroll increased dramatically thanks to taking a stab at the $55 90-man SNG for a 2nd place, $850 profit. I've played just three single table $55 SNG's before and finished in the money at all 3. Those three SNG's give me some confidence that I can at least play well at the $55 level. My bankroll is hovering around $2550 right now, which gives me a little more than 45 buy-ins at the $55 level. So, my question: Is it safe for me to 4-table the $55's or should I wait until I can add two or three hundred more bucks to my bankroll?
I'm seriously considering making the move and as a safeguard just moving back down to the $33's if I drop 10-buy ins and my bankroll hits about $2000. Good idea or am I being impatient? Thanks.
