I should add, villain did pot it. I also don't think folding is a very good proposition. In order to make this assumption, you would have to believe villain is only raising QQ+/AK. If you have a read that villain is this tight, then you could argue that folding is reasonable.
Well, he didn't give any reads on villian at all, so I think villains range should be slightly larger than AK or QQ+. Also, villian is on the button, so he could be raising with position. I would probably strech it to 1010+, maybe even include AJs to AQ. The thing is, it is hard to put a range on people when you don't have reads on them.
What I meant by the deep stack is when stacks are this deep, I don't think folding a high pocket pair is smart. Unless somehow you knew he had AA or KK, which doesn't seem possible without reads, folding QQ here for a 240 raise when you have 2400 seems a little weak to me. I didn't necesarily mean my post was pertaining to PL versus NL or something, I just didn't notice the post was a PL HH.
