    My pot odds : 2.0/1.

Surprisingly I'm behind for his range...but technically I can call based on my pot odds. Should I value the pot odds here or disregard it? Why

I don't like your range for villain.
    AXs, 89/9T, + made sets TT/77/88/AT/JT

Also, it's a blind war, he can call you pre-flop with any 2, and can raise you with any pair, you can probably add alot of hands with 7s and 8s in there two.

He's all/in and you have twice his chips. He is probably not making a wierd move with overcards, he has at least SOMETHING - a hand or a draw. But you have TPTK on a draw heavy board.

I think this is a call. From his perspective, if you have a "real" raising hand, the only hands you can call with are AT, overpair, set, two spades or OESD.

Call, I guess. 2:1 pot odds on a 1:1. Even if we misread him and it's 60-40, you are getting the best of it.
