I would say 40% ITM and 20-25% RoI, at any level, is pretty impressive. Obviously, as you move up, it becomes harder to sustain because you are playing against better players. However, I think the skill level range between the $5s and the $33s (from what I've seen) is not as wide as you would think.

This is from the FAQs for the 2+2 forums:

A summary for a "good player" the following ROis are good, while 4 tabling:

    11s - 25% ROI
    20s - 20% ROI
    33s - 16% ROI
    55s - 13% ROI
    109s - 10% ROI
    215s - 7% ROI
I would say at the $5.50s you can sustain 25-30% ROI by playing very solid ABC poker and not trying to be too tricky.

To me, ITM doesn't matter. It's possible to be a break even player if your ITM is only 24% (all 1sts). Similarly you could have a 61% ITM and still be only break even (all 3rds).

Here's a post from 2+2's forum that should sum up ROI and ITM. Its from stats of 10,000 sng's

It puts things in perspective and helps you to come to grips with the high ROI% you may be experiencing from such a small sample size. Also, you can basically say that over the long run, you'll probably make around 10%-20% of the buy-in of the tourney.
