Hand 1: AA is not the nuts here, with so many limp callers you may be up against a set...then again, the pot is $10 at this stage so you may end up playing for stacks by the turn anyway. So it depends on your reads of the players...

Hand 2: You mentioned you were working on aggression in another post, here's your chance; raise this flop hard... you have nut flush draw and a straight draw against a LAG with potentially nothing...

If you dont want to raise the flop, raise this turn; even if he has a set or a baby flush you still have a slight edge here. That's more than enough for me so I raise both streets here and consider getting it all in on this turn...
