The flop doesnt hlep u but it checks around.
The turn pairs ur hand and its higher than the flop.

think it depends on texture of the board and the nature of the players behind.

e.g. a board that pairs your hand on a 4 5 6 8 board is inherently different to one that does so on a 2 5 9 K board. (I know you know this, just pointing it out).

Now, if you check again and everyone else checks again, and I am sat behind you, my greedy little paws are likely to want to make a play at the pot, but again, it depends on flop texture and reads. But if I thought I could get away with it ....
