interesting you are losing with trips and full houses, were u all in and getting sucked out on by two outers or just making bad reads?

Never read any stickies or announcements
-20 buyins in 3500 hands, nice.

In all seriousness, the fact that AA/JJ, 3OK/FH are all in the red probably has a ton to do with variance and just terrible situations like the 33 hand you posted.

I'd also imagine that there are a ton of leaks in your game, as there undoubtedly will be with any player that is relatively new to cash games. If it makes you feel any better, I dropped over 5 buyins at the NL400 game on stars 2 nights ago.

    Downswinging holla!
I was railing a friend on Party last night and you stacked him with AQ on a Q9x flop against his TJs. Just thought I'd bring that up for no particular reason.

It appears you're running bad right now, and you just have to play through it. Downswings are believe it or not a blessing in disguise, they help you grow as a player. Bad beats, suckouts, cold decks and variance all are the name of the game.

I had an amazing run of cards an hour ago. I actually started to feel ashamed and somewhat guilty towards the other players at the table..

I went through PT today and looked at all the "big hands" I lost. Most of them were overpairs where my bet was raised at some point in the hand and didn't back down. Look at your big PPs and see if that's the case with you. The more you lose, the more you try to push things when you have hands you are "supposed to win with". 75% of the time I'm beat and the other 25% they hit their hand on a later street. This will no longer be a leak in my game. I'm folding every time unless I have a very precise read.

Another thing. I found several hands where I knew the player was weak and cards on the board should make them fold to my big bet (bluff). They don't care most of the time so if you can't beat a PP or Ace high then just check and look foolish when they check behind. Better to look foolish than to lose more money.

Anyway, you'll turn it around. Just focus on having positive sessions instead of trying to get it all back at once.

I think the main horror has ended...finally....i sat down on a few tables today and did my best to focus on trying to read my opponents alot more than i usually do.....these were refreshing:

Awful awful downswing, no doubt you have had horrible luck. Were you tilting at all during this streak?

Just one thing I want to point out.

You should practically never re-raise so little no matter what you are holding. The call becomes mandatory with pretty much any 2 cards. It puts your opponent on an easy decision and instead gives away a lot of information.

Same thing here, your standard re-raise should be bigger, you are giving him $6 to call a pot of $20, I think generally you shouldn't give anyone better than 2-1 to see a flop. (but perhaps this guy was so awful that chasing him away before the flop is -EV.)

You want to see a fish's chart? Flip your's upside down. They lose steadily over the long run, with major luck/varience spikes up in the short term.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

That AA hand was ugly, was that a min-reraise? Pop it up at least 3x, and 4x if there is a raise and a call.

On the AA hand, I would normally re-raise to at least 20 in this spot (which at 1/2 6-max is a standard re-pop which gives away very little info). On this specific hand, i had a good read on UVAHOO after 400+ hands with him. Specifically that he hit any decent pair he would call down if he thinks i'm defending my big blind. I still should have raised more in retrospect.

The KK hand was a flat mistake pre-flop, i often have a hard time figuring out a proper re-raise against minraisers, i have to work on that. At this point i'm just happy to have won a few pots, hopefully now i can actually focus again and fix some things.
