    I dont know. 2nd hand and no reads, its a tough spot, its a dangerous flop for you even though you hit 2p... Knowing these tourneys are often fishfests makes me put him on a very wide range of hands. You are behind AK,9K,89,QJ,Q10,QQ,JJ,1010. The PF minraise doesnt really tell us much, especially being the 2nd hand, and we dont know what he/she minraises with. You are, of course, ahead of everything else, including possibilities AA,KK (unlikely I think), 99, AQs,AJs,A10s,A9s,KQs, K10s,Q9s, 88, 10-9s, AQo,AJo,A10o,A9o,KQo,K10o, A8s-A2s, K9s-K7s, Q9s,89s,79s, 10-9o,8-9o,810o.....
    Of these, the strong drawing hands are of course the most dangerous, and probably calling a reraise you make, unless its strong enough, and maybe even then. Being the fishfests that these often are, you might add 66, 55, 78 to the range. If you are up against a straight, you are of course, way behind, same for the sets, though you would have outs (though so would they) .... I dont know, if you combine the hands you are losing to with the hands that have a strong draw and will likely call your reraise, it seems like alot of hands out of the possible hands he's holding. So a push, or reraise, here is getting called either by a hand that is way ahead, or has alot of outs to beat you. thats something of a gamble.....

    PS has this for the above range:

    equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
    Hand 1: 54.1553 % 51.64% 02.51% { JhTh }
    Hand 2: 45.8447 % 43.33% 02.51% { 77+, A2s+, K8s+, Q8s+, J8s+, T8s+, 97s+, 87s, A8o+, K8o+, Q8o+, J8o+, T8o+, 98o }

    So it seems you probably have an edge but not a huge one.. If you want to gamble here, I would raise.. but 2nd hand of tourney, I might pull back the aggression, you might not have the big edge you think you do, and you might be getting into a situation where you can lose a big chunk of your stack, against someone you dont know much about.

    Call and turn a T or J, then biatch his AK or AQ.

    This is a very dangerous flop btw, and you should play it like WA/WB.
