This is a standard flop for c-betting. I expect opponent to re-raise me. Based on the impetus idea, with me first to act I voluntarily put all my chips in the pot and it's up to villain to decide his fate.

As for the overbet. Typically villain was min-raising so 400 was ~ 1/2 pot. I got caught up in the moment and bet what was "normal". I think at this point, heads-up the action is more important than the amount (within reason).
