Default Overbetting and Implied odds fun no?

I just want to know how my flop call and turn overbet was, as far as i know my flop limp was loose.

i'm not a big fan of ur raise because i think it basically defines ur hand and give ur opp a chance to fold. That being said, pretty much any raise commits you. I don't think you should just call this raise because xpatg is prob on the diamond draw, and u won't know where u stand if the board pairs. I would probably just raise to around 13-15, which is a bet that commits u on the turn and also lets spiderbud call.

Preflop is ugly and that makes the rest of the hand ugly.

I think limping behind 3 limpers with Q9s in the CO is standard. The flop call is a little loose, but your straight will be well hidden if it hits so I think implied odds justify it. I agree with apunisher about the turn... just raise to $15 to drive off xpatg but hopefully keep spiderbud in.

Hmm... now that I think about it, xpatg isn't getting the right odds to call with a flush draw even if you just smooth call the turn (about 3.5:1). Does anyone smooth call here?

I like min raising the turn here. Keep em in the pot and get some bets out of them.

Well my thinking is that spiderbud minraised the flop, which is one sign of strength, but then he really bets the turn hard, which shows a sign of vunerability. I really want to put him on JT because it's the only thing that made sense to me. I raised AI because if Q (probably not seeing what he actually had), a 9, or even a diamond I'm going to have a hard time extracting on the river. It turns out he had QQ so it made it happen to be really good that I did what I did.

    preflop is standard.

I call the flop. Dont really want to reopen the betting against 2 players when we arent even in position to take a free turn.

Pushing the turn is ok but Id probably raise to $15. Its pretty much the same but I think think it makes a call far more likely.

Hows 25NL treating you? I remember playing with you at paradises 10NL way back

Pretty well, I'm getting PT soon so I'll know the exact number but I'm probably making something like 6-8BB/100..... I'm constantly cashing out. I'm only 18 so I'm not that interested in moving up much more stakes.
