button(~$60) opens in a 6 handed game with a MINIRAISE!, sb(~$45) calls, I(~$1100) call with the 52 of club.

flop is 348 rainbow with one clubby
sb bets $1, I quickly call, button slowly calls

turn is another 8 but an 8 of club
sb bets $2, I raise to $8, button drops, sb instacalls

river is another 8
sb checks, i think for a few seconds and then make my move

Nobody is capable of folding a full house on any street for any sized bet, ever. Don't fool yourself into thinking they can. I'm not even referring to NUT full houses (eg. board reads 29522, if your opponent has the loan 5, they will almost always call allin; if they folded, it was likely do to timing out or a misclick). Remember: full houses aren't too common, and after all, you might be bluffing!

Ways to exploit:

If you expect someone has a full house, and you can't beat a full house never ever bluff. If you expect someone has a full house and you can beat their likely full house, go allin. Let's say the board is 29522, and you have TT or better, go allin no matter what the size of the pot is, b/c they can't fold.

heh, I checked and he took it with 56o. Very disappointing. I had $110 not $1100 but on a side note I did see somebody on Sat night/early morning with $1300 at a $50 table.

bluffing a tripped board is usually a huge mistake without a very good read that the other player knows how to fold hands...and at 50nl I would make no such assumptions.

I'd say this one cannot be won.

Bluffing is probably about a breakeven decision after he calls the turn, so I doubt it matters. These players are dumb and will call with A-4 because "they have two pair."
