    Default do i have any value with AQ here?

    this was extremely early in a PS $11one-table (maybe second orbit like tenth hand) so no reads

    what do you guys make of the post flop play? please dont kill me too bad for AQs... i know i shouldnt be calling raises with it early... yeah

    i raised the flop to try and get a free card... but then i improved on the turn so do you still check behind or do you bet it here?

    It's a weird flop raise, it's like he wants you to bloat the pot (or he's just dumb).

    On turn you have TPTK, nut straight draw, nut flush draw, and less then the size of the pot behind (800 into 1400). Put the rest of the chips in the middle, expect a call.

    I would push the turn

    I flat call the flop bet (is this too weak tight?) and go from there. As played, I agree with TLR, push the turn.

    taipan said flat call the flop. After that turn card it's still pretty hard to get away from.

    Don't be results oriented. What hands make sense? JJ+,99,AQ,AJ

    Board: 7s 9c Jc Qs
    equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
    Hand 1: 51.7380 % 44.72% 07.02% { JJ+, 99, 77, AQs-AJs, AQo-AJo }
    Hand 2: 48.2620 % 41.24% 07.02% { AcQc }

    If he calls you're getting 3:1 on the turn. If you add any other weird hands (very possible at $11) you're even more of a favorite.

    You would have to put him on a high pp to make this break even

    Board: 7s 9c Jc Qs

    equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
    Hand 1: 74.4755 % 74.48% 00.00% { JJ+ }
    Hand 2: 25.5245 % 25.52% 00.00% { AcQc }
