I don't know. How big of a kicker would you need to go all the way with this hand? He called preflop, so I would put him on a small Ax. Your 6 is right in the middle and it could go either way. He's raising like he knows he's good. Weak A would just call this down.

I won't yell. His kicker won't win since A2-A5 all beat A6 (either boats or a str8). The only way he wins here is if his opp can't beat trips. It was a good laydown in most cases.

I also had to worry about 22 and 33 which were very possible holdings based on the action.

my immediate thoughts were also 22 and 33, but what's confusing is why the hell he's overbetting the river when you've shown such little strength. I think a bluff is somewhat likely but not enough to warrant a call.

Yeah I think this is definitely a set. His minraise is 'Oh let's find out if you have an ace' and then when you call and he realizes you do he doesn't fathom that you could ever fold TRIP ACES!!!! and flat pushes. Nice fold.

If it's a bluff it is indeed a very nice bet. I'd rarely call here without a boat against an unknown. It would've been an even more interesting hand if you had the straight. Still not sure if it's a call as what in his range do you beat? (considering that A6 and up would've raised PF?)....basically you'd be hoping to see A6 to A10.
