I don't play the $27s but for me this is a crying fold. Opp's betting pattern is very strange - limp preflop, minbet the flop, call a huge raise, check/call a 2/3 pot bet on the turn then lead for all his chips on the river.

I would say you're beat but by what I don't really know - 99, QQ, JT, KK? I don't give credit for the runner runner heart flush though.

Then again, this could be a missed flush draw or 2 pair, and getting 3.2 to 1 on the call you only need to be right 1 time in 4 for this to be profitable...

I swear. Then I fold. Then I swear some more. Then I type in my notes that he is a chaser. Then I regret not pushing the turn.

27s eh Court?!? You feeling turbo-rific?!?!?

Firstly, I also like shoving the turn with all the draws out there. As played though, I still can't see a fold against this villain. There are just too many hands that this donk could be playing that I beat. I wouldn't be at all suprised to see Q9, Q10, or even K9 at the showdown.

This guy bet 20 into a 120 chip pot. That tells me that he's a complete donk, and while I know donks get hands too, it also tells me that he's likely to severly overvalue a hand like Q10. With all the dead chips in the pot, I'm calling this all day long, but maybe that's a leak on my part.

I also like pushing the turn here. If he's chasing the flush then his call is a mistake. I don't think he's limping KK, QQ, or 99 here as I would have expected a raise by now.

I agree with Shooter, I call here. Maybe it is a leak, but I think there are too many hands within his range that we beat.

Either push (my choice) or check the turn. You should fold here, because if you don't you've made his chase on the turn correct. Pushing solves the problem.

If you check the turn, you can keep the pot small and can call a small bet or fold to a large one. You will also get bets and calls of a push from lots of hands you beat on a brick river.

Haha I still hate turbos. Sometimes I only have an hour to play though ... so turbos it is

I can't see how you can't call this as pocket 9's is the only "reasonable" hand that has you beat. Anyone that limps pre-flop with Q's will also typically push pre-flop against a raise.

This smells too much like someone who missed a flush draw, then pushed hoping you think he sat around hoping to hit runner runner.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.
