Opp was a 24/5. Had basically never raised any of the hands he/she played except one at 10/20 blinds.

What's the best line here? Push preflop? Push flop?

Problem with the 2nd barrel is you dont have much FE , after your cbet. In this case, with QA probably either push it or fold it. If table is playing pretty tight, definitely push it.
