This guy has just been here playing about every hand but he does usually fold to aggressoin post-flop, so i thought this is probably the only money i was going to get out of him. any suggestions?

It looks like he was on the draw, so i think u coulda gotten a bit more out of him. Raise the flop to around .6-.7, bet 1/2-2/3 pot on turn, value bet rivr
